PRODUCTS
In our workshop, we artisanally produce a wide range of clean-label products, meaning no additives, including pizza and pinsa bases, pan-fried pizzas, hamburger buns, various buns, focaccia, and fresh bread made to order. Our range also includes baked pastries and large leavened products. All our products can be stored at room temperature thanks to the use of oxygen absorbers in the packaging, which ensure longer shelf life and consistent quality throughout the product's shelf life.

ARE WE
Sforno Marchigiano was born as a family project: "with the family and for the family." We are a bakery located in Marischio, a small hamlet of Fabriano, in the Marche hinterland. We began with the idea of creating a brand and promoting it throughout the region by opening small stores in the future where all our customers can enjoy our specialties, from pizza to bread, from breakfast products to leavened pastries for special occasions.
Where is Paolo from?
Paolo, the founder of Sforno Marchigiano, was born in 1974 in Ancona, in the Marche region, where he took his first steps in the world of baking in 1988 at the historic Bellardinelli bakery. He then changed career paths, and after extensive experience in the restaurant industry, in 2012 he began working as a technical consultant for one of Italy's largest milling groups. This experience led him to travel the world for over a decade. He interacted with both small business owners and technicians from industries such as PIZZA HUT and ITALIANI'S, consulted for the world of baking from Canada to New Zealand, attended pizza courses in China and the United Arab Emirates, conducted bread-making symposia in Brazil, and trained production teams for large pizzerias in California. Then, he made the big decision to stay with the family he had separated from for years, and this adventure ended in 2024, the year in which he decided to co-found the Sforno Marchigiano project with them.

The Family
The company is run by Paolo and his three sons, who help him carry on the project.
Dhana, the eldest, embraced the idea from the very beginning and began working alongside her father in the company from the very beginning. Daisi, the youngest, chose to join the team later and now oversees the packaging of the products: nothing is bagged without her supervision first. Matìs, the second-oldest, who designed the Sforno Marchigiano logo, oversees all the company's graphic design and web design.
