Our pinsa is made entirely by hand; the proper fermentation/leavening of the dough makes it very light and crumbly. The pinsa bases are versatile: they can be stuffed or topped like a regular pizza. Simply open the package, add the toppings, and bake for a few minutes, and you're done! Our pinsa and your imagination will be the perfect combination.
